Information on Document Shredding

We are often asked if a particular client needs to retain his files for a period post scanning and the general answer is no but with the caveat that all clients should take legal advice in this respect and ensure that they have adhered to current legislation regarding storage and the scanning of files.

We offer a professional confidential waste disposal service for our clients in conjunction with our partners.

No paper documents are destroyed post scanning until we have confirmation from clients that they are satisfied with the output provided.

Once written confirmation (or an email) is received from our clients we then proceed

Certificates of confidential destruction are supplied after our Paper Shredding Service is complete.

All waste is bagged and tagged prior to destruction.

Secure Destruction Services

Paper, Disks, Tapes, X-rays, IT equipment and Microfilm are all items that we regularly send for confidential destruction.

A Duty of Care – Waste Transfer Note (WTN) is issued upon collection of the confidential waste.

All Paper is shredded to millimetre strips, mixed and 100% recycled back in to paper or cardboard.
